  1. Nature of the Institution
    Arshadhara Gurukulam is a non-profit, non-political, and non-commercial educational initiative dedicated to the preservation, practice, and dissemination of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) through traditional and modern learning methodologies.
  2. Admissions & Enrollment
    Admission to any course or program is subject to eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and acceptance of the Gurukulam’s academic discipline, values, and learning framework.
  3. Course Structure & Delivery
    Courses may be conducted through online, residential, or hybrid modes. Arshadhara Gurukulam reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty assignments, or course structure when required, without compromising academic integrity.
  4. Code of Conduct
    All students are expected to maintain discipline, respect the Guru–Śiṣya Paramparā, and adhere to ethical behavior during classes, interactions, and activities. Any misconduct may lead to suspension or discontinuation from the program.
  5. Attendance & Participation
    Regular attendance, punctuality, and active participation are mandatory for all programs. Failure to comply with academic or participation requirements may affect certification or course continuation.
  6. Fees, Donations & Refunds
    Course fees or donations, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any exceptions are subject to the discretion of the management.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All course materials, recordings, texts, and learning resources provided by Arshadhara Gurukulam are for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  8. Online Learning Guidelines
    Students attending online classes must follow virtual classroom rules, including appropriate attire, respectful communication, and avoidance of distractions. Recording or sharing sessions without permission is not allowed.
  9. Right to Amend
    Arshadhara Gurukulam reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to align with institutional needs, legal requirements, or academic improvements. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
