- Nature of Services
Arshadhara Gurukulam primarily offers educational services, online programs, and learning resources. As such, physical product returns are generally not applicable. - Course Fees & Donations
Fees or donations paid towards courses, workshops, or programs are non-refundable once the enrollment is confirmed, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program. - Refund Exceptions
Refunds, if any, may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as program cancellation by the Gurukulam or technical inability to deliver the course. Such decisions rest solely with the management. - Program Cancellation by Gurukulam
If a course or program is cancelled by Arshadhara Gurukulam, eligible participants may receive a full or partial refund or be offered enrollment in an alternative program, at the Gurukulam’s discretion. - Participant-Initiated Withdrawal
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals, discontinuation, or non-attendance initiated by the participant after enrollment. - Online Course Access
Once access to online classes, recordings, or digital materials is granted, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. - Payment Errors
In the event of duplicate or excess payment due to technical errors, the excess amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification. - Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original mode of payment, subject to banking and platform regulations. - Policy Amendments
Arshadhara Gurukulam reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of the revised policy.
